My weight loss journey: End of week 1

       Since I gave birth to my daughter 4 weeks ago, I’ve completely avoided doing any exercise but at the beginning of last week, I felt strong enough to start some light exercise. I weighed 176 pounds when I started and I worked out for 30 minutes for 4 days during the week using Leisa Hart’s Fit mama postnatal workout DVD.  I also did some bicep curls using a 5 pound dumbbell.
