Build the Perfect Home Gym
I love going to the gym but right now, I don’t have the time to do that so I have to make do with working out at home. To build the Perfect Home Gym, it is important to have equipment for cardio, strength training and floor work. For cardio, a simple treadmill, exercise bicycle or elliptical will do. If you like skipping, simple jump ropes will be adequate. (I hate skipping though!) You could also invest in some good workout DVDs.
I have over 5 different workout videos and for strength training, I have dumbbells, resistance bands and a core ball. I also have an exercise mat for pilates and yoga routines.
