Minor setback: Comfort eating

I’m going on a long haul flight soon and I needed a manual pump I could use discretely on the plane. I found a supposedly brand new medela pump on craig’s list and the seller was selling a medela manual pump with the electric pump for a very good price.

When we met up, there was no manual pump but I decided to take the pump because it was still a good deal. I did study the pump and its accessories and I was satisfied at the time. On my way home, I passed by the supermarket and I discovered that the package of the one he sold to me was different. I called the seller up that I didn’t want the pump anymore. He agreed to meet me but never showed up. I was so sad that I ate 5 bread rolls to comfort myself. It felt so good! All my calorie control gone to the wind! Now, I feel bad and I don’t know how much extra exercise I need to do to burn of the calories from the rolls!!
