Working towards a flatter tummy part 2

       Yes I’m back to blogging! I’ve been in the middle of moving from one country to another so I was too busy to blog. I also didn’t do any exercise and I was eating a lot for a while so I packed on a few pounds. Anyways, I finally resumed exercising 2 weeks ago.
