Who’s interested in a Push-up challenge?
Yesterday, I talked about push-ups and I decided to dig deeper to see how many I could do in proper form. Guess how many? Two!! For the next one month, I’m going to push myself till I get to 15 in one set. While I was writing this post, I stumbled on a website that offers to help you get to a hundred and I joined their challenge! Check it out @ hundredpushups.com
I’m yet to see how possible that will be to do a hundred pushups!! I’m also a bit wary because I don’t want to be too muscular! (Giggle!). So, who’s interested in joining my push-up challenge? How many are you going to aim to do in one set? Keep me posted please!

wow…that's a lot. I can do that when I was a bit younger….but not anymore 🙁
I totally agree with you that it's a lot but you can work your way there. Pushups are great because you can do them anywhere and anytime, even when you're out of town and not able to keep to your usual exercise routine.
