Day 1 of 17-day diet
A few days ago, I told you that I was reading the 17-day diet book. Well, I’ve decided to go on the diet: I think I’m mentally ready to go ahead. Although I’m still breastfeeding, I no longer do so exclusively so I’m not too bothered about my milk production. However, I think that with the way the diet is built, anyone can go on it. I’ll talk more about the book in the days and weeks to come.
My current stats are as follows:
Weight = 75.8 kg (167.11 pounds)
Body Mass Index (BMI)= 25.0 [based on my height of 174cm (5 ft 8 1/2 inches)]. {The normal range of BMI is 18.5 to 24.9 so I’m not too bad! }
Waist circumference = 35 inches
Hips = 40 inches
Thighs = 22.5 inches
My goals for the next 17 days is to lose 3kg in total and to lose 1 inch around my waist. My 1 month goal is to fit back into this dress:
