Best dressed Nicole Kidman looks completely stunning.  Some might disagree with me but I think Hayden Panettiere looks like a goddess.  This dress compliments Sofia Veragara‘s figure and personality completely!  Worst dressed Heidi Klum is showing too much flesh as far as I’m concerned.
