Hair appraisal: back at square 1?
Well not really thought but a little behind!
A few months ago, I complained that I had been experiencing some hair breakage and I was having a lot of good days and bad days with regards to my hair. I followed my own checklist from my book and I finally pinned down the cause to my office air conditioner: my seat was directly beneath it and I wasn’t adequately moisturizing my hair. My ends were terrible and I was dreading looking at them. Eventually I had to look at them!
This is the major reason I changed my night time routine and I’m glad I did: my breakage is now very minimal. In addition, I had to trim off several inches of hair and I don’t feel sad at all cos’ I know that my hair will grow back. Besides, what’s the point of holding onto ends like that? LOL!
After the trim, I’m back to my previous length but I don’t mind!
My hair in November 2012 was a bit longer than it is now!
Going forward, I plan to:
- Stick to my current regimen as much as I can (sometimes I fail! LOL!)
- Take some hair growth supplements
- Use hair growth aids. I just bought liquid gold hair growth oil after Ebony Princess’ review here. Still waiting for it to arrive! Mina has already booked one bottle. If you are interested, let me know. I only ordered a few!
