I just published my first relaxed hair book on hair breakage

Hello everyone. I’ve been working on compiling a few of my posts on hair breakage into an e-book. What I did was to basically reorganize most of the information into different categories i.e breakage from issues with shampoos, conditioners, moisturizing (or the lack of it), styling, etc.
I also discussed simple solutions for each possible cause of breakage. There are over 20 solutions in the book.
At the end of the book, I also wrote a little on protein conditioners. A few ladies have asked me about the differences between moisturizing conditioners & protein conditioners AND how to use them. In the book, I give several options for incorporating protein conditioners into your regimen.
You can download the book to your phone, tablet or PC. A table of contents for easy reference is also included. This means that you can quickly check up on a possible cause/solution wherever you are without having to go online to browse.
Plus pictures of my hair are also included to hopefully inspire you to take better care of your hair!
I am extremely grateful to God for the grace to complete it. I’m also thankful to my husband for being extremely understanding when I sat up at night putting final touches.

I just bought jamaican black castor oil, jamaican black castor serum wit argan oil,Jason shampoo nd conditional nd lastly tropic isle living jamaican coconut oil wit rosemary and vitamin E 4rm sizelle store. So how will I use dem 4 a year old baby
Hi Rita. Thank you for your purchase. It depends on how well she can tolerate the whole process of washing her hair. If she can stand it, then apply the Tropic Isle Jamaican coconut oil to her hair for 20 minutes or even overnight. In the morning, was it with the shampoo and then condition it for 30 minutes. Then apply a leave-in control. Follow up by using the serum to seal in the moisture. You can apply the Jamaican black castor oil to her scalp during the week. If all these steps are too much, then only do it once in a while. Other wash days, simply mix a few drops of the Jamaican coconut oil with the conditioner. Apply this mix to her dry hair and then leave it in for about 30 minutes to an hour. When you are ready to give her a bath, pour water on her hair and massage her hair and scalp as though you are shampooing it. If her hair feels soft enough, you can detangle at this stage. Rinse it out and then apply your leave-in conditioner followed by the serum. Use the Jamaican castor oil on her scalp once or twice a week. Lastly, don’t forget to divide her hair into sections and do everything in sections to reduce tangling.
She is on braid now,how can I apply it.her hair is breaking seriously.feeling sad
Awww….so sorry. You can condition her hair every two weeks while in braids. Don’t keep the braids on for more than 4 weeks. When you take out the braids, shampoo like I described. Every two days, you can also use a braid spray to moisturize her hair.
Thanks so much
You are most welcome. Do keep in touch and let me know how her hair is doing later. Take care!!
What will I mix d castor oil with,or can I apply it on her scalp like dat?
You can apply it directly but if it is too thick, you can add a little olive oil until you get your desired consistency.
Can I mix d castor oil wit cooked shell butter nd be applying little on her scalp everyday?
Oh…I just saw this particular message. Yes you can mix it and apply daily if it doesn’t make her hair too oily.
Without washing it
No you don’t need to wash out the castor oil. If you feel that her hair is itchy or dirty, you can wash it. Apply the castor oil to her scalp once or twice week. Then condition her hair every 2 weeks. Shampoo her hair if it is dirty or itchy.
Pls can u prescribe any leave in control for a year old
