Welcome to November! My fitness & beauty goals for this month!

Happy new month y’all! Last month, my major goal was to form the habit of drinking more water. I should say I succeeded in doing that somewhat. I was aiming for at least 8 glasses a day and I was able to meet this on most days. The days that I wasn’t, I usually got up to like 5.
