Welcome to November! My fitness & beauty goals for this month!
Happy new month y’all! Last month, my major goal was to form the habit of drinking more water. I should say I succeeded in doing that somewhat. I was aiming for at least 8 glasses a day and I was able to meet this on most days. The days that I wasn’t, I usually got up to like 5. My only qualms with drinking more water is that I have more bathroom breaks!! My mom who has also embarked on a ‘water therapy’ regimen called me up complaining that she has to go to the bathroom more frequently than she used to in the past. I just laughed and told her it was probably because she’s drinking more water.
Anyways, these are my goals for this month:
1. Work out at least 30 minutes 5 days a week.
2. Eat more vegetables and fruits (at least five servings a day).
3. Moisturize my hair every night.
4. Apply my newest oil mix (castor oil + lavender oil+ rosemary oil+ cedar wood oil + thyme oil) on my scalp every night. I noticed an area in my hair that is thinning!
5. To do a wash day post on the blog weekly!! (My daughters start school on Monday so I’ll have a bit more time to blog).
