My thoughts:
I bought this Hairveda Sitrinillah deep conditioner because Jenny of Just Grow Already had raved about it countless times.
- I like the ingredient list. Coconut oil is the number one ingredient after water.
- It is more or less fragrance-free.
- It is very thick and I didn’t really need to use a lot of it. It’s also not very easy to spread because it is so thick. I mixed in a little oil just to improve its ‘spreadability’. I wasn’t so impressed with it when I applied it because I felt that it didn’t make my hair soft on application. I covered my hair with a shower cap and sat underneath my standing dryer for about 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised when I took off the shower and my hair was very soft and strong at the same time. It did have some slip…not the best in the slip department…but I was able tocomb through my hair in the shower.
- I noticed that my hair retained moisture all week when I used this conditioner. This conditioner is now a keeper in my books…for now. LOL.
If you are looking for a purely moisturising conditioner, I think you should try this out.
