Wash day – 5th/6th September 2014
My last wash day was 10 days prior to this one. Yes 10 days. I usually wash my hair every 7 days or even 3 days if I’m in the mood. Applied Ouidad’s Salon Series OMEGA-3 Replenishing Hair Treatment to my hair. It contains a lipid called 18-MEA. Wore my heating cap for 5 minutes. I applied a mix of tea, amla powder, brahmi powder, Mill Creek Botanicals Henna conditioner, Mill Creek Botanicals Biotin conditioner and Franck Provost repair conditioner.
