My hair tea mix:
I use the tea mix 2 or 3 times a day on my edges.
– Alvita Teas, Organic Rosemary Tea (Caffeine Free)
– Good Nature Teas, Organic Wild Thyme Tea
– Alvita Teas, Organic Ginger Root Tea
– Alvita Teas, Nettle Leaf (Caffeine Free)
– Yogi Tea, Green Tea Pomegranate (Contains Caffeine)
– Bamboo tea
– Now Foods Aloe vera concentrate
– Now Foods Oregano oil
– Eucalyptus oil
– Now Foods peppermint oil
– Chamomile tea
– Hibiscus tea
– Gingko tea

    Hi Dr. F,

    Very elegant style, would look really nice for a formal, classy outing.

    For some reason henna has really helped to thicken up my edges, I still don’t understand the science behind this and I don’t mind at all, lol 😀

      Yeah it would look nice. Henna thickens hair strands so I’m not surprised it has thickened up your edges.

        Oh, you are so right!, thicker strands = stronger strands= less breakage.

        If only I can stay away from kinky twists. I find that the longer I have my braids in, the more risk for my edges.
