20 weeks post. Well done. Am 16 weeks and hoping to get to 20weeks.
I want thicker strands too!! *soft sobs*
Does castor oil make strands thicker?

    • Dr Fomsky says:

Thanks Tamie. I think castor oil might help in the long run. Lade of rehairducation.com and Sunshyne from hairliciousinc.com both use JBCO. I am on a personal jbco challenge. Will talk about it in an upcoming video. 🙂

Wow! 20 weeks PR, my hair would need to be in protective style like braids at that point. I love the way you styled your hair.

I once tried an overnight DC, I was under the impression that the longer the conditioner stayed in my hair, the more effective the process would be.

The following morning my scalp was itchy and the strands were limp when I rinsed out the conditioner. After air-drying my hair felt quite straw-like. Lol

Now I know that 20 minutes DCs are just fine for my hair 🙂

20 weeks is a really long time I agree. Thanks for the compliments on my hair style. It’s been a while I did 20 minutes deep conditioning but I think I should try it soon.
