A.M WOTD: “Fitness Blender’s Beginner Kettlebell Workout – Kell’s Kettlebells Routine for Total Body Toning” on YouTube

Although this is more of a strength training workout, I was sweating by the time I was done. (I put on the air conditioner too!) It has a 3 minute warm up and 3 rounds of kettle bell workouts. I used an 8 kg kettle bell and I am considering going for 12 kg soon.
