Morning WOTD: “32 Minute Home Cardio Workout with No Equipment – Calorie Blasting Cardio Training” on YouTube

Maybe it’s because I have been inconsistent in my workouts for the last few months but I found this workout more high intensity than I expected (not as high as INSANITY but pretty high). This video had me pouring buckets of sweat: at 12 mins, my polar watch estimated that I had burned 104 calories.

I did this workout in 41 minutes instead of the actual video time of 32 minutes because I had to keep pausing it to take some water and catch my breath.
