My morning workout of the day [WOTD]: “30-Minute Flat Belly Workout | Class FitSugar” on YouTube
For the next month or two, I plan on sharing my daily workout(s). This is the workout I did this morning. It had some Pilates moves, Burpees and planks. All in all, I would call it a moderate intensity workout.
