T25 – day 1

After going to bed at 4 am this morning, I rolled out of bed to get this workout done. This weekend, I had my best friend and room mate from University visiting with her hubby and 3 kids. A fun-filled weekend I tell you!
Day 1 DVD is the Alpha Cardio. I struggled through the workout and had to keep pausing the video! Thank God it was only 27 minutes 30 seconds (25 minutes of actual workout and 2 and a half minutes of cool down).
Total calories burned: 286 calories
Weight on day 1: 73.7 kg
I have fallen down many times but I get up. I refuse to stay down!
