Skin regimen (old regimen)

This is my old regimen. I will be updating with my new regimen to include my anti-agiing skin products soon!!


  1. I wash my face with Dermalogica clearing skin wash.
  2. I apply Proactiv revitalizing toner.
  3. I apply my sunscreen if I’m going out. I usually just wear a foundation that has sunscreen.
  4. *I don’t apply any sunscreen if I’m not leaving the house* I usually just apply Derma e-peptide
  1. I wash my face with Dermalogica clearing skin wash
  2. Next, I apply my toner: Stridex medicated pads 2% salicylic acid (alcohol-free)
  3. I apply my facial treatment. I usually alternate them. On one day, I use Retin-A cream. On the next day, I use any Benzoyl peroxide gel (e.g Mary Kay Acne gel)l and then the next day, I go back again to the Retin-A.
  4. I apply my night lotion (these days, I alternate between Meladerm pigment reducing complex and Cerave moisturizing lotion pm abut it can change soon).
On Friday nights
  1. I wash my face with Dermalogica clearing skin wash.
  2. I apply a skin peel and rinse it off after about 5-8 minutes (once or twice a month)
  3. I steam my face for about 10 minutes (when I have the strength! LOL!)
  4. I apply my facial mask (e.g Proactiv refining mask) and leave it on for about 15 minutes
  5. I apply a corticosteroid cream to calm my face down.
Products I use

  • Toners: Any toner with glycolic acid. Proactiv revitalizing toner is my favorite. I also use Equate Rejuvenating toner , Black opal, Neutrogena Pore Refining toner if I can’t get my hands on Proactiv.

  • Day lotion:

  • Night lotion

  • Facial treatment: Proactiv repairing treatment, Equate Repairing lotion or Mary Kay acne gel.

  • Skin peel: Gycolic Acid, Lactic acid

  • Facial mask:
