Working towards a flat tummy
For the next month or two, I plan on sharing my daily workout(s). This is the workout I did this morning. It had some Pilates moves, Burpees and planks. All in all, I would call it a moderate intensity workout. Tomorrow, I will wear my Polar watch to see how many calories I actually burn. Have a nice week peeps! Dr Fomsky
