Hi guys! I am so sorry for not giving this update earlier: I have been having a severe back ache which prompted me to stop any major exercise. I am however happy with the progress I was making prior to this issue. In addition to my T25 workouts, I was doing some extra cardio, pilates, dancing and jogging. Plus I was eating as healthy as possible. New weight: 71.6 kg (5th September 2015) Last week’s weight: 72.6 kg I’ll be back next week with another update!
Hi peeps. I’m down another 0.6 kg (1.32 pounds)! Yay! Slow progress is still progress. I weighed 73.2 kg last week. My waist size has however refused to budge so I have decided to concentrate on it squarely. I have been doing short supplemental workouts like walking, abdominals and dancing. I just completed the 25-minute STRETCH video and it felt really good to get my muscles stretched and lengthened. I did my weigh-in this morning and my weight was 73.2 kg. On day 1, I weighed 73.7 kg so I’m down 0.5 kg (a little over 1 pound) from the start of this journey. Although it is not a major change, I don’t mind.
