What I ate during my 1st cycle on the 17-day diet

       When I first started this diet, I tried out different foods. First, I tried to make some okra soup. Disgusting when you drink it on its own. I’m used to eating it with something else like fufu or eba (these are some of our Nigerian staple foods). After 17 days on the 17-day diet!! My thoughts, my experience and my results!

       Before I started this diet, I thought I was ready for it. However, after 2 days, I realized that I wasn’t. On the second morning of this diet, I felt SICK: I was shaking… I was dizzy… I figured that it was hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) so I took an apple and instantaneously, I was back to myself!! Day 1 of 17-day diet

       A few days ago, I told you that I was reading the 17-day diet book. Well, I’ve decided to go on the diet: I think I’m mentally ready to go ahead. Although I’m still breastfeeding, I no longer do so exclusively so I’m not too bothered about my milk production. However, I think that with the way the diet is built, anyone can go on it.
