A.M WOTD: “Fitness Blender’s Beginner Kettlebell Workout – Kell’s Kettlebells Routine for Total Body Toning” on YouTube

Although this is more of a strength training workout, I was sweating by the time I was done. (I put on the air conditioner too!) It has a 3 minute warm up and 3 rounds of kettle bell workouts. I used an 8 kg kettle bell and I am considering going for 12 kg soon. Calories burned: 268 What workouts have you been up to? This is a low intensity, low impact dance workout and although I don’t think she cues you into the next move very well, the steps are not too difficult to learn. Calories burned: 213.    Just keeping myself accountable! Have a nice day! Dr Fomsky
