I am beginning my new hair regimen tomorrow. I’m based in Zambia so I’m afraid I won’t be able to find many products. However I think knowing the right ingredients will help me identify what’s good. Do conditioners with protein actually say that on the bottles or are there other technical names for protein? I’m worried getting too much protein in my hair. Love your blog!
Hi Kinzo, look out for hydrolyzed keratin or any type of keratin, amino acids in any form, egg protein, collagen. These are usually the ingredients in any protein conditioner…. I’ll send you a more detailed email. Good luck on your new regimen 🙂
