I really am on a roll today. I had a few minutes to spare tonight so I decided to sneak in 10 minutes of workout. 😛 I particularly liked this video because it had no burpees, planks or mountain climbers. It is a completely standing workout. It has no warm-up so I started at a slow pace to build my momentum. I also stretched on my own cos’ it also had no cool-down or stretch. My morning workout of the day [WOTD]: “30-Minute Flat Belly Workout | Class FitSugar” on YouTube

For the next month or two, I plan on sharing my daily workout(s). This is the workout I did this morning. It had some Pilates moves, Burpees and planks. All in all, I would call it a moderate intensity workout. Tomorrow, I will wear my Polar watch to see how many calories I actually burn. Have a nice week peeps! Dr Fomsky
