Got in a few minutes of exercise tonight! Yay to me!
Morning WOTD: “32 Minute Home Cardio Workout with No Equipment – Calorie Blasting Cardio Training” on YouTube
Maybe it’s because I have been inconsistent in my workouts for the last few months but I found this workout more high intensity than I expected (not as high as INSANITY but pretty high). This video had me pouring buckets of sweat: at 12 mins, my polar watch estimated that I had burned 104 calories. TOTAL CALORIE BURN: 283 Please leave a comment below: Did you work out today? I really am on a roll today. I had a few minutes to spare tonight so I decided to sneak in 10 minutes of workout. 😛 I particularly liked this video because it had no burpees, planks or mountain climbers. It is a completely standing workout. It has no warm-up so I started at a slow pace to build my momentum. I also stretched on my own cos’ it also had no cool-down or stretch.
