Hello people! It’s been crazy here: The kids are back to school. My second child just started pre-school (when I go pick her up, she still wants to play!!). I’m also preparing for my medical residency exams which is in October.  I’ve finished the second cycle of the 17 day diet: got bored with it so only lost a little weight.
