I have a dress I want to fit into
Hello everyone. I went for my 6-week postnatal visit yesterday (I’m actually about 7+weeks postpartum) and I weighed in at about 175 pounds(79.4kg). Today, I want to start doing some exercise because I have a dress that I really want to fit into by the 26th: I’m going to be having my daughter’s church dedication that day and I really want to look good. Today, I start with Zumba and maybe some treadmill if I can fit in the time. [Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance workout. Follow this LINK to learn more about it].
