The 17 Day Diet: Chapter 1 – Just give me 17 days

Hunger, appetite and fullness

      Today is my second official day of the 17-day diet. I had actually started applying some of the principles discussed in the book since I read it 2 weeks ago. One of the things the author (Dr Moreno) talked about was learning to listen to your hunger and fullness cues. Day 1 of 17-day diet

       A few days ago, I told you that I was reading the 17-day diet book. Well, I’ve decided to go on the diet: I think I’m mentally ready to go ahead. Although I’m still breastfeeding, I no longer do so exclusively so I’m not too bothered about my milk production. However, I think that with the way the diet is built, anyone can go on it.
